Closing note on Google Code-In 2013

This year, mentoring in Google Code In, ( a contest to introduce pre-university students (ages 13-17) to the many kinds of contributions that make open source software development possible ) with organization BRL-CAD was an amazing experience. So smart and talented kids, from all around the world. I am really impressed by the technical as well as creativity and soft skills they have at such a young age.

As for instance, this is an extract from a GCI participant chatting on IRC with a former GSoCer yesterday:

The pace of world growing in this decade is out of anyone's imagination. I really thank Google from bottom of my heart, for organizing such programs and to bring out talent from students and contribute in shaping the next generation :)
